According to the pilot construction plan, the pilot construction is divided into three stages, including the pilot period, the promotion period and the improvement period.

On this basis, we will gradually expand the application of industrial Internet, link up other industries involving hazardous chemicals, carry out the whole life cycle tracking management of hazardous chemicals, and gradually realize the information sharing and connection among enterprises, chemical parks and regulatory departments.

In the period of perfection, we have built up an operation system of "industrial Internet plus dangerous and safe production", and comprehensively opened up links in the production, storage, use, operation and transportation of dangerous chemicals, and further promoted the extension of industrial chain. We have joined relevant ministries and commissions to achieve the online convergence of all elements and processes of dangerous chemicals and stimulate the new kinetic energy of the industry.
